Your private event is booked on a date when a regular Dinner Show Experience is already scheduled — Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday. The buyout reserves the venue exclusively for your group during that show night.

Typically lower cost as staffing and entertainment infrastructure are already in place. Ideal for groups who want a specific show-night atmosphere for their private event.

Unscheduled Date

Your private event is booked on a non-show night — typically Monday or Tuesday. The ranch is activated exclusively for your group with full staff, activities, entertainment, and catering on a day that's normally closed.

Complete flexibility on timeline, format, and customization. Pricing reflects the full cost of opening the ranch for a dedicated private experience.
