For full private buyouts, pricing varies based on your chosen date. Here's what that means for your event.

Your private event is booked on a date when a regular Dinner Show Experience is already scheduled if booking Wednesday–Sunday. The buyout reserves the venue exclusively for your group during that show night.

Typically lower cost as staffing and entertainment infrastructure are already in place. Ideal for groups who want a specific show-night atmosphere for their private event.

Unscheduled Date

Your private event is booked on a non-show night — typically Monday or Tuesday. The ranch is activated exclusively for your group with full staff, activities, entertainment, and catering on a day that's normally closed.

Complete flexibility on timeline, format, and customization. Pricing reflects the full cost of opening the ranch for a dedicated private experience.
